The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

This app is provided solely as a tool to facilitate the execution of trading orders based on alerts. By using the app, you acknowledge that 2MOON.AI does not provide financial advice, make trading decisions, or guarantee the accuracy, timing, or success of any executed orders.

Users are fully responsible for monitoring their brokerage accounts, validating that all positions opened and closed align with their expectations, and taking manual action as needed to protect their investments.

The app may display error messages or receive notifications from the broker; it is the user’s responsibility to remain aware of such alerts and respond accordingly. Use of this app is entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2MOON.AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
